Our focus is on forming a strong working relationship with our partners and we, therefore, offer precise support from your initial enquiry all the way through to opening your first store. 

Once open, our team will be available to assist with all aspects of operations, from marketing and training to supply chain solutions, admin support and store visits to ensure that trading is as seamless as possible.

Initial Enquiry
Once you have completed the initial enquiry form, you will receive a call from our team to discuss your enquiry and arrange a meeting to explore the opportunity.

Initial Meeting
During this meeting we will present our franchise model, including the capital investment and ROI and we will discuss what it means to own a CUE franchise. It is also an opportunity for you to ask us any questions that you may have. Once concluded we will present you with a brochure that covers all aspects of owning a franchise that will assist you with moving forward.

Legal Discussion
We will arrange a further meeting to discuss the specifics of potential sites, capital requirements and the Franchise Agreement itself. We will provide you with a draft agreement for your consideration.

Site Visit
At this stage, our CEO and COO will arrange to visit your potential site to confirm its viability to ensure success. Once the site is approved and secured we will arrange for you to receive an official offer.

Final Agreement
Both parties sign the Franchise Agreement and we will welcome you to the team at CUE as one of our partners.
